"Anne, we had a really great time in Mexico. The arrangements for transfers and accommodations all worked perfectly. The Occidental is a very nice place. We found the staff to be very friendly and family-oriented. It was clean and had lots of great pools and fun stuff. The kids program is very well done. Overall this was a great trip and a good value.
